Maclagan Committee-salient features and provision of Gujarat Co-operative societies Act, 1961 - Gujarat co-operative societies Rules, 1965.
-Societies which may be registered (Sect-4) Registration with limited or unlimited liability (Sect-5) -conditions for Registration (Sect-6), provisional Registration (Sect-9) Power of Registrar to decide certain cases (Sect-11) classification of societies (Sect-12) cancellation of Registration (Sect-15,16,17,18,19,20)
Bye laws - Amendment of By-Laws (Sect-13)-Power to direct amendment of by laws (Sect-14)
