The key in developing one’s personality is to identify the correct type of our existing personality type. World over, the best method used for this is using psychometric instrument called MBTI ©. Our certified consultants will help you in not only identifying your personality type, but most importantly, provide you the much needed direction in identifying some of your areas of improvement for further development by using MBTI © instruments.

How does this work?

MBTI © is a psychometric instrument developed originally by Isabella Myers and Catherine Briggs. Our consultants have been trained by Otto Kroeger Associates, USA. By answering some simple questions honestly, it is possible to pin-point your accurate personality type.

The detailed dossier provided to you would provide insight into your decision making abilities, your preferred way of handling things and most importantly, will even identify the right kind of job that you are likely to excel in!!

What next?

Once your personality type is identified, it is possible for you to identify learning gaps and take further course of action. To help you do this, on the second day, a detailed coverage of the essential topics will be handled by experts in the filed.
