'' Reiki 1 ( pronounced Ray- key) is a ‘laying on�of hands technique that is thousands of years old. The origins are believed to be a Tibetan Buddhist practice, rediscovered by Dr Usui.
The practice is non invasive, the receiver is fully clothed and hand positions are used to complete the treatment.
Reiki 1 will enable the participant to ‘release�their own negative energies and emotions, by flooding the body with Universal Energy.
Rei �means Universal, Ki �means Energy. This energy is not linked to any religion, but to a Higher Source in the universe.
This energy allows mind, body and spirit to achieve a balance, flowing through and releasing negative energies and emotions.
A simple, yet effective way of assisting people to rebalance their body, hence their emotions and spirit.
