Our Lean Sigma Black Belt track delivers the traditional tools of DMAIC, SigmaPro’,s proprietary tools and methods, and state of the art Lean tools, all effectively and seamlessly integrated to form a powerful improvement approach for industrial and service organizations. Lean Sigma tools and methods have a high success rate in service applications. All participants receive a thorough exposure to the tools and methods that are necessary to successfully lead and contribute to DMAIC improvement projects in manufacturing or operations environments but involving Lean improvement tools and strategies. Hands-on exercises and tutorials are utilized to ensure rapid learning and knowledge retention. This 16-day program is delivered in four blocks of four days (typically one month between training blocks) in order to allow participants to apply the tools and methods to a project in their own business while under the guidance of one of SMRTEC-SigmaPro’s highly qualified Trainers.

· Lean Sigma Black Belt candidates are persons who have good technical and communications skills, are results oriented individuals, and who will contribute to and lead Six Sigma improvement projects in industrial and service environments.
· Black Belt candidates must pass the SigmaPro Lean Sigma Black Belt certification examination upon completion of the training.
· Black Belt candidates must complete one documented improvement projects in order to achieve Black Belt certification.
