Attend this seminar and you will be armed with the necessary information regarding these changes, including the important changes to the form, timing and impact of lien claims, as well as the notices and procedures which precede filing of lien claims.
You will learn the strategies for tackling lien and bond issues in the context of important changes in the law directly impacting the rights of all parties involved in the construction industry. Contractors, subcontractors and suppliers will learn how to efficiently collect payment for work performed or supplies furnished to projects.
