Course Description:
'' This is New Brunswick’s premier program that prepares professionals in the growing field of Human Resources. The program enhances the skills and knowledge of professionals to help them meet the demands of the organizations in which they work. It encompasses both the theoretical fundamentals and the operational aspects of human resources management.
This program combines in-class instruction with practical and relevant exercises to prepare you to apply HR methods and techniques in your workplace. These are the skills that are essential for attracting, selecting, retaining, and developing human capital in keeping with the need for competitiveness, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
As a program participant, you will commit to 19 days of face-to-face instruction, which is made up of eight 2-day sessions and one 3-day session. In addition to these sessions, you are also required to complete pre-readings and keep a reflective journal throughout the program.
