'' Businesses are often presented with opportunities that could improve performance. So often in fact that there are usually more opportunities than resources. A business must have straightforward practical methods of determining if it should proceed with an initiative. The exercise used to make this determination is called a “Case Study.�A case study helps to determine if an opportunity is worthwhile by identifying the pros and cons and comparing it to the status quo or another opportunity. A good case study will assign financial values to the pros and cons as well as other things that matter to the company. This seminar will provide the basic tools to perform a case study. At the conclusion of the seminar, participants will be able to examine business opportunities such as marketing, relocating business opportunities and human resource investments. ...''
