'' This two-day interactive seminar formally introduces the participant to the process of structured negotiation with the goal of developing and enhancing the negotiation skills needed to conduct an effective negotiation process with successful outcomes. Effective negotiating skills associated with each strategy introduced will be enhanced by applying them to a hands-on real-life simulation. The seminar starts with a skills survey to advise participants on their dominant negotiating style and the level of strength in the desired negotiating skills.
