'' Recognized by Saskatchewan Occupational Health and Safety as the training requirement for First Aider I and is intended for anyone on the job who does not have immediate access to emergency medical services. Students in this course will learn artificial respiration as well as how to deal with choking, shock, unconsciousness, bleeding, head and spinal injuries and fractures of the upper and lower limbs, environmental as well as sudden medical conditions. The CPR potion will deal with cardiac arrest and an introduction to AED (Automated External De-fibulator). ...''
