This class gives instruction on how to turn conflict into opportunity by looking at problems creatively from a new perspective with new ideas, as well as, how to deal fairly with conflict in personal lives and in the work place.

Business Communications
This class gives instruction in the following areas:

Eight basic parts of speach
Correct use of punctuation and capitalization
Professional correspondence and proof reading
Developing a portfolio
Listening skills and professionalism
Office Administration and Skills
Several classes give instruction in the following areas:

Time management, work ethic and professional development
Bookkeeping, purchasing and sales
Reception, appointments, and telephone answering
Records management
Forms and prescription labels
Computer applications on current software (word processing, tables, charts & spread sheets)
Keyboarding �proper techniques and use of alphabetical keyboard, business formatting of correspondence and speed development to 45 wpm
Veterinary specialty software
Clinic simulation

Small animal and horse restraint
