'' This course develops students’ ability to understand and critically evaluate models and techniques relating to the notion of strategic organizational adaptation and to apply this knowledge to current issues in the healthcare industry. The course emphasizes the in-depth study of fundamental concepts such as strategy, structure and the environment and performance, and how these concepts can be used in analyzing the adaptation of healthcare organizations to changing environmental conditions.
