Course Description:

'' The Academy of Broadcasting is proud to offer it’s comprehensive Radio & Television Broadcasting Program. The program’s entire focus is on developing industry-ready skills for work in the broadcast fields and beyond. In addition to jobs in radio and television, graduates can also be qualified for work in independent production companies as well as new and emerging positions in traditionally non-electronic media like newspapers.

The nine-month program incorporates every personality, from those who lean towards performance to those who might prefer to remain behind-the-scenes, giving each student a strong, fundamental understanding of each and every role. This experience allows students to discover where they excel, while helping them develop an understanding of what is expected of others in the industry.

The program is enhanced at certain times by special guest speakers and instructors who share their unique experiences.

Classes begin at four points throughout the year and are scheduled in the morning or afternoon, making it easy to plan around employment, travel and other arrangements.
