'' Ethics implicitly permeates all aspects of our everyday life. However, leaders, managers, and employees find accountability and ethical behaviour to be fuzzy concepts, coming in many sizes and variations. They can only preserve and increase accountability and ethical behaviour if they first have a firm grasp of what these terms really mean. Further, knowing how to apply these concepts, and then actually doing so are critical aspects of leadership, especially when accountability and ethics come into conflict with other individual and organizational goals. A solid ethical grounding and clear accountability are essential homing devices for decision-makers of all descriptions. ...''
