Research conducted by Harvard University and The Carnegie Foundation shows that technical skills and knowledge account for only 15% of getting, keeping and advancing in a job. This course is essential for all who aspire to move up the corporate ladder.
NOTES The Continuing Education department at Aurora College, Aurora Campus has a shared understanding with Vancouver Community College to offer a Leadership Certificate. The program consists of 12, one-day courses. Students who successfully complete all 12 courses will receive a Certificate in Leadership from the Vancouver Community College.
