'' Becoming a leader is not an easy transition. It requires a whole new set of skills as well as an understanding and acceptance of new roles, from “doer�to “delegator� This course will introduce current principles of leadership and how they can be applied to the work situation.
NOTES The Continuing Education department at Aurora College, Aurora Campus has a shared understanding with Vancouver Community College to offer a Leadership Certificate. The program consists of 12, one-day courses. Students who successfully complete all 12 courses will receive a Certificate in Leadership from the Vancouver Community College.
