'' This 30-hour course will help participants improve their public speaking and presentation skills to be more effective communicators. It will give you the tools required to deliver audience based presentations that convey a message people will remember. Topics covered will include: assessing and preparing for your audience and their needs; determining how much and what information does your audience need; assessing the best communications tool to use; preparing a presentation; preparing yourself as an effective communicator; delivering the message effectively; effective use of Power Point and other multi-media tools; and evaluating and improving your communication skills. ...''
