'' stcw : standards of training, certification and watchkeeping.
what is a stcw-95? : it is a license which allows you to work on any vessel at sea, and is compulsory to get before stepping foot on any vessel. companies will generally not consider you for a job unless you have done the course. the stcw code is similar to that of the us coast guard licensing regulations.
stcw 95 course entails:

�marine fire fighting and fire prevention
�personal safety and social responsibility + personal survival techniques
