the first course you will do at the academy improves your chances of employment in one day. empyrean’s customer service excellence is a unique short course that will improve your knowledge of consumer behaviour, develop your ability to maintain standards under pressure and show you how to showcase yourself.
once you have completed the customer service excellence course you can choose from a range of skill specific courses such as: responsible service of alcohol, barista, bar operation,5? service, cocktail making and team leadership.
customer service excellence: $75.00 single student
$60.00 per additional student
further discounts apply to group bookings of 10 or more.
the trainer: over 20 yrs international experience, 4.5 yrs university lecturer of hospitality, 2.5yrs tafe lecturer of hospitality, well regarded in the perth hospitality industry.
the venue: empyrean, in the heart of northbridge has refurbished the imax building on lake street and has a fully operational bar, barista training area and fully equipped classrooms.
