'' The focus of the course is on today’s managerial challenges and a substantial outcome for participants will be a comprehensive Personal Action Plan. After the first three days of the course, time is spent back in the workplace where participants apply new skills and ideas. The final one day session on the next Friday (i.e. the week after the course) is focused on evaluating and refining management practice. Throughout the course participants are encouraged to confront areas of complexity, strategic importance and great topical interest.
