Course Description:

'' Managers and project team leaders will learn the critical techniques required to plan and organise projects successfully. Factors that impact on project productivity �such as selection, organisation and monitoring of human, physical and information resources are also explored. The program provides an overview of the nine knowledge areas of project management and relates them in practical ways to the field of project management.

This course has two learning development pathways, as one unit towards a postgraduate qualification or the first stage of the Diploma of Project Management.
