'' Today’s workplace is fast-moving and forever changing. The flow-on effects to the individual are more responsibilities, priorities and commitments. How many of us wonder, are we controlling our workload or is it controlling us? This course aims to hand control and influence over workload back to the individual via the examination of a series of essential time management principles. The result will be a more goal focused participant, who is able to plan and execute relevant tasks efficiently.
