'' In today’s flatter organisations, most of us are required to work collaboratively with others in order to achieve our goals. We are often faced with the challenge of achieving outcomes without necessarily having the authority or positional power over required resources, or to drive outcomes and effect change. Participants of this two day course will develop and practise a range of behaviours and strategies needed to influence effectively in a variety of situations.
