Course Description:

'' Uncovering good information, making sense of it and using it to solve problems and make sound decisions are fundamental contributions of managers and members of their teams. This is a highly practical course designed around actual problems participants identify in the place of work.

You will explore what information is needed, how it can be obtained from information systems and people sources, both internal and external to the organisation, what information gaps might exist and how these gaps might be filled in the course of solving workplace issues. You then present your findings in report format.
