'' This is a practical course for people with non-accounting backgrounds to better appreciate the importance of accounting and financial issues within the framework of their organisation. Participants will gain an understanding of accounting terminology and concepts, the three main accounting statements, budgeting and variance analysis and how to read financial reports to enable more effective use of financial information to assist in decision-making.
