Analysis and interpretation of financial statements
Preparation of financial statements
Planning and budgeting/profit and cashflow
Management accounting �cost analysis
An introduction to capital budgeting.
Learning Outcomes
As a result of attending this program, participants should be able to:
Understand financial reports and differentiate between profit and cash
Understand the concept of working capital
Understand how common accounting reports can improve budgeting
Appreciate basic taxation and its implications for business structures
Handle basic financial mathematical concepts via spreadsheets
Recognise the factors needed in financial analysis
Understand in simple easy terms the concept of debits and credits. ...''
