'' Successful coaching or mentoring programs have multiple benefits for the individual and the organisation. As public sector organisations search for ways to improve performance and reduce costs, coaching or mentoring is being seen as valuable in providing the opportunity to enhance morale, improve motivation and productivity as well as reduce staff turnover. During the program, participants will learn the requirements for an effective coaching or mentoring program as well as the skills and qualities required of an effective coach or mentor.
