'' This flexible program enables experienced supervisors to enhance their professional development. Experienced supervisors and managers are often looking for professional development opportunities that allow them to build on their existing knowledge and skills. This newly developed series of modules assumes the participants are experienced people managers, technicians or practitioners, and then enhances their ability with the introduction of the latest concepts and models of management and leadership.
The aim of the program is to both enhance the expertise and refresh the enthusiasm of participants to enable them to be more significant contributors to their organisation’s success and more engaged with their work. Each module offers contemporary content that will stretch the thinking of participants and challenge their perception of their current role. The content is designed to offer practical tools that can be applied immediately on return to the workplace.
