'' The need for greater community consultation, across a wide range of industries, organisations and topics has never been greater. However, despite the benefits of engaging with the wider community, this process also has the potential to be a public relations disaster for the organisation if it is not managed well. During this two day program, participants will explore the essential design elements of good community consultation and will begin to target the key skills of expert facilitators in this field.
