'' This two day program introduces participants to a number of key development theories and models of practice while encouraging reflection on current workplace experiences of social responsibility. By the conclusion of the program, participants will have identified a number of potential avenues for change within their own personal and professional spheres and will have developed an actionable strategy for leading responsive, responsible and sustainable change within their organisation.

As a result of attending this program, participants should be able to:

Clearly understand the differences between various approaches to engaging with community
Identify and mobilise various forms of community capital both within their organisation and the wider community
Articulate their organisation’s current perspective on and approach to social responsibility
Understand how the implementation of various models of leadership and engagement impact on CSR outcomes
Identify a number of potential avenues for change within their personal and professional lives
Develop and lead a basic strategy for creating change within their organisation
Undertake a basic evaluation of the impact of their actions. ...''
