'' This program has been developed as a direct result of the ‘Women in Management Survey Report� Professional development was indicated as crucial to career planning and managing the multifaceted roles of women. This program consists of five half day sessions and one full day over a six week period. Participants will be guided through contemporary ideas on leadership, career planning, negotiation and management and are encouraged to develop a greater understanding of themselves and their impact on others. They will also learn how to overcome barriers that can exist in the workplace that may hinder professional growth.
