'' This program provides an overview to managing a project for those involved in low value, low risk projects, or multiple, independent projects. The content includes a conceptual understanding of the four phases of project management �initiation, development, implementation and finalisation. A variety of practical activities, including a simulation exercise, provide an opportunity for participants to practise the concepts and language of project management. An understanding of the team skills is vital to project success and forms an integral part of the program.
