'' Managers and project team leaders will learn the critical techniques required to plan and organise projects successfully. Factors that impact on project productivity �such as selection, organisation and monitoring of human, physical and information resources �are also explored. The program provides an overview of eight of the nine knowledge areas of project management and relates them in practical ways to the field of project management as set out in ‘The Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge�(PMBOK Guide ®) 2004, produced by the Project Management Institute.
