Course Description:

'' This workshop forms part of the Diploma of Project Management. The Diploma comprises the following parts:

The three day Public Sector - Applied Project Management program �participants completing the Diploma of Project Management do not need to complete the Applied Project Management assessment. .

After the ‘Applied�program, participants prepare a presentation for an executive briefing (in their own time) on how each of the Diploma Project Management competencies have been applied within their workplace. .

Attendance at the two day ‘Diploma�workshop finalises the formal learning and supports students in the development of the major workplace portfolio. Participants will learn how to integrate project management within their organisations, and how to deal with issues such as achieving business benefits and getting problem projects back on track. Participants also present their executive briefing on how each of the project management competencies have been applied within the workplace. .

After the ‘Diploma�workshop, participants have a six week period to finalise their Portfolio of Evidence and submit to AIM SA for assessment.
