'' Negotiation is a part of our everyday lives and particularly our work-life. This program will identify various negotiation styles and when to use each one. Many of the features of negotiation are common to a wide range of contexts but the main purpose of this program will be to assist participants to be better negotiators within a public sector organisation. Participants will have an opportunity to practice their negotiation skills as they embed the principles learned through the program.
