'' Generational difference…“It’s like putting together a team with members from different cultures: the key is to understand underly­ing values and norms driving the different behaviours, learn to appreciate the differences and possible contributions, and identify more effective ways to manage the generation mix.�American Management Association.

This new program is designed to help participants understand and manage the unique characteristics that members of different genera­tions bring to the workplace. By recognizing current organisational practices and management styles, participants will be able to identify practical steps to manage the generational mix more effectively. The focus is on how to recruit, develop, motivate, retain and communicate with people from all generations.
