'' The most requested Hot Topic is one aimed at young women in leadership. There are special pressures facing young women who step up to the mark early in their careers to lead others, often much older than themselves. This is especially the case in workplaces that have been traditionally male dominated. This Hot Topic will be a panel session where young women will share their journeys and their learnings �the things that enabled them to survive “the glass labyrinth�and the “on ramps�and “off ramps�that often punctuate a woman’s career. This Hot Topic is recommended for leaders and aspiring leaders under the age of 35.
