Project Management through its association with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards, provides a global framework in which all project managers have a common understanding of the terminology used and the methodologies employed.
The boom in the resources sector in Australia over the last few years has created an unprecedented demand for Project Managers from entry level through to program and portfolio Project Managers. In recognising this trend and the demand for varied skills, AIM has created a range of programs and qualifications. Participants can complete a Certificate IV, Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Project Management.
AIM has also provided flexibility in the delivery mode of the Certificate IV and Diploma of Project Management, giving participants the choice of completing these qualifications in intensive mode or in greater depth over a longer period.
