Course Description:

'' Positive personal power enables people to become effective influencers and leaders while maintaining and building beneficial relationships. With flatter organisational structures and the rise of project based management, top performers need to be able to influence a diverse range of people, both within their own and their client’s organisation. This program will assist participants to develop the style flexibility they need to influence effectively in a variety of situations to produce results. This is a Situation Management Systems (SMS) program. SMS programs are based on the concept that different situations require different approaches or styles.
