'' Every year the government introduces a series of reforms, amendments and policies in an effort to improve the superannuation system. But when does each change actually take effect?

Knowing when and how each change is introduced is just as critical as understanding the detail. Will there be a transition period? Has the effective date been backdated or earmarked for the next financial year?

This seminar looks at the law-making process and discusses how an idea eventually becomes law. You will be familiarised with the various stakeholders involved, such as government departments and industry bodies, and shown how they influence the legislative landscape.
