Outcomes -Understand how lenders assess risks and why they add margins to clients rates. Learn about the many products and services available for you to offer your clients and why. Give you a set loan application process form the start to the completion of the whole process.
This course runs for approximately 7 hours and a hands on complex case study is worked on in the class room as a team. Students are required to complete an online multi choice questionnaire once the course is complete, plus a complex case study for their assessment. Completion of the course will be credited with 4 units of competency towards the Diploma Financial Services Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) FNS50504. ...''
