'' The Massage Therapist level #1 programme is made up of various courses. All courses are given concurrently in French and in English and available to men and women.

In order to be recognized as a Massage Therapist level #1, 15 hours of Introduction to Swedish massage must be completed and then the 400-hour programme needs to be followed. This includes:

150 hours of Swedish massage
45 hours of Anatomy
45 hours of Physiology
40 hours of supervised Swedish practice
45 hours of Sexuality and sexual ethics
45 hours of Interview techniques and communication skills
30 hours of Professional framework
