'' Stone Massage while using Swedish Technique provides a rejuvenating experience to the body, mind & soul. Stone Massage, a type of Stone Therapy, follows the same principles as Reflexology, balancing the energies, and allowing more energy flow to blocked areas of the body. When using the energies from warm, specialty stones, the flow of energy is transferred into the body and increased within.
This holistic healing practice moves energy to depleted areas, relieves sore muscles, and produces a soothing and meditative state of peace, calm and balance. It is a specialty massage that uses smooth stones in various temperatures for healing. Thermal therapy is applied, as heat and cold are used with their individual properties and applications.
