As a four day residential, the program develops an innovative and practical strategic management framework. It analyses the competitive environment, assesses the competitive capabilities of your organisation and other players, and builds strategic alternatives. The program analyses the present and assesses the forces going forward, allowing senior executives to lead their organisations into the future.
The program blends theory with practicality and modern, Australasian case studies.
On the program, you participate with other senior executives, facilitated by leading presenters with many years experience in teaching MBA and executive education as well as being consultants and practitioners.
Your resources will include extensive reference notes and current readings, a practical workbook and real-life examples.
The outcome is a sound understanding of strategic concepts and analysis, gained via practice at developing appropriate strategic alternatives.
