Many of todays supply chain problems are due to mis-alignment with customers. This session explores how customers want to buy your products and services, and how to use this information to reverse-engineer your internal operations.
Continuous Replenishment Supply Chain Partnerships
This session covers the Continuous Replenishment configuration, designed specifically to service brand loyal customers who value relationships. Models outline how to identify customers who value this level of collaboration.
Lean and Agile Supply Chains
The search for efficient solutions intensify when low cost is the primary priority. This session explores the origins of lean thinking and implementation strategies. However, for organisations faced with volatile markets and demanding customers, then the need for responsiveness is paramount. This session also addresses how to create fast-reacting or agile supply chains through developing sufficient capacity ahead of time to absorb both expected and unexpected volatility in demand patterns.

Supply Chain Performance Measures
This session provides a framework of key performance indicators which can be used to measure a multi-faceted supply chain network. It also covers potential pitfalls when managers set and monitor KPIs which actually driving mis-alignment with customers and suppliers.
Supply Chains in China and India
This session will focus on the new (supply chain) business models that have emerged from Asia in recent years, led by companies such as Li & Fung. While China is building all the necessary supply chain infrastructural assets, India is building all the virtual (IT) highways.
Managing Risk
The turbulence and uncertainty that increasingly impacts supply chains is now a concern for all businesses. This session highlights the ways in which organisations can better manage and mitigate risk across the supply chain network.
Supply Chain Sustainability Forum
The sustainability of enterprise supply chains is now in question as consumers seek to favour those corporations that demonstrate corporate social responsibility in how they treat the environment and their workers. This forum will discuss issues of sustainability within the supply chain.
