Content

The Financial Decision Making program is structured around two key knowledge sets:

1. The use of financial information for the purposes of communicating to those inside and outside the organisation, with an emphasis on:

a) how to better understand the content of messages being sent by others
b) how to improve the content of your own financial communications

2. The use of key financial tools for decision-making purposes. Both knowledge sets are interrelated and complementary and when combined represent a powerful addition to the capabilities participants can bring to their own organisations.

How to read, decode and understand financial statements
How to frame better questions to improve communications around financial issues
The means through which business costs can be analysed, understood and managed
