'' The aim of this program is to provide participants with a full spectrum of coaching capabilities that allow you to quickly become skillful with advanced coaching methodologies.

The Art & Science of Leadership Coaching will dramatically enhance your coaching skills. It expands the solution-focused work of Milton Erickson and the key practices of a variety of other disciplines into a powerful and unique program.
Developed in Europe over the past fours years, this 3-day advanced training integrates the principles and techniques of Solution-Focused Coaching, Ericksonian Methodologies, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Accelerated Learning and Creativity Practice. The Art & Science of Leadership Coaching will dramatically expand your coaching skills and professional practice.
This program is not just about what Coaching is but a step-by-step approach on how to develop remarkable coaching capabilities.
