'' A workteam consists of a group of individuals who cooperate and work together to achieve a given set of objectives or goals. Teams are found in many situations to achieve an end goal, and in the workplace this is no exception. This course will discuss the concept of improving team performance and overcoming the hurdles which sometimes impede optimal performance. Improving Team Performance is the second course (and final) in the program Managing and developing teams.
By completing this course you will be able to:
