'' All projects are finite, and time ranks as one of the main limits. In this course you will be given an insight into Project Time Management, which includes the processes required to ensure timely completion of projects. This Project Time Management course is aligned with the nine Knowledge Areas of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and forms part of the accredited Level IV program.
At the completion of this section, you should be able to:
Understand and explain the relationship of Project Time Management to the Project Life Cycle Identify the specific activities that must be performed to produce the various project deliverables Identify and document interactivity dependencies Estimate the number of work periods which will be needed to complete individual activities, and Analyse activity sequences, activity durations, and resource requirements to create the project schedule There are no set time expectations for completion of this course. The course is designed to be self-paced and you should navigate through at your own rate. If you work through the course without a break, you should be able to complete it within two to four hours. The course comprises of two sections (excluding overview), which may be completed separately. These sections typically require around one to two hours to complete. ...''
