'' Risk management is a continuous process that starts at the initiation of the project and proceeds until the project is completed. In this course you will be given an insight into Project Risk Management, which includes the processes concerned with identifying, analysing, and responding to project risk. This Project Risk Management course is aligned with the nine Knowledge Areas of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and forms part of the accredited Level IV program.
At the completion of this section, you should be able to:
Understand and explain the relationship of Project Risk Management to the Project Life Cycle Determine which risks are likely to affect the project and document the characteristics of each Evaluate risks and risk interactions to assess the range of possible project outcomes Define enhancement steps for opportunities and responses to threats Respond to changes in risk over the course of the project. There are no set time expectations for completion of this course. The course is designed to be self-paced and you should navigate through at your own rate. If you work through the course without a break, you should be able to complete it within two to four hours. The course comprises of two sections (excluding overview), which may be completed separately. These sections typically require around one to two hours to complete. ...''
