'' Managing and allocating resources is an integral role of the project manager, and leading and managing people on projects is no exception. In this course you will be given an insight into Project Human Resource Management, which includes the processes required to make the most effective use of the people involved with the project. This Project Human Resource Management course is aligned with the nine Knowledge Areas of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and forms part of the accredited Level IV program.

At the completion of this section, you should be able to:

Understand and explain the relationship of Project Human Resource Management to the Project Life Cycle
Identify, document and assign project roles, responsibilities and reporting relationships
Obtain the human resources needed, assigned to and working on the project
Develop individual and group skills to enhance project performance.
There are no set time expectations for completion of this course. The course is designed to be self-paced and you should navigate through at your own rate. If you work through the course without a break, you should be able to complete it within two to four hours. The course comprises of two sections (excluding overview), which may be completed separately. These sections typically require around one to two hours to complete.
